تنظم هذه الشروط استخدامك لتطبيق RecDash والخدمات التي يتم طلبها أو إدارتها أو متابعتها من خلاله. الشركة المشغلة للخدمة والمذكورة داخل التطبيق أو في مستندات الطلب أو العقد هي الطرف المسؤول عن تقديم الخدمة عبر هذا التطبيق.

يجب أن تكون لديك الأهلية النظامية للتعامل وطلب الخدمات وإبرام العقود ذات الصلة. يجب تقديم بيانات صحيحة وكاملة ومحدثة عند التسجيل أو عند تقديم الطلب أو تحديث الحساب.

أنت مسؤول عن حماية بيانات الدخول وعن كل نشاط يتم من خلال حسابك، ويجب عليك إخطار الجهة المشغلة فورًا عند الاشتباه في استخدام غير مصرح به.

يجوز طلب بيانات تحقق وهوية ووثائق مرتبطة بالخدمة، بما في ذلك الاسم ورقم الجوال ورقم الهوية أو أي بيانات لازمة لمعالجة الطلبات والامتثال للمتطلبات النظامية ومنع الاحتيال.

يجوز رفض الطلب أو تعليق الحساب إذا كانت البيانات غير صحيحة أو مضللة أو غير مكتملة أو مقدمة دون صلاحية.

يتيح التطبيق استعراض الخدمات وتقديم طلبات الاستقدام أو الإيجار وحفظ العناوين ومتابعة الطلبات والعقود واستلام الإشعارات المرتبطة بالخدمة.

أي التزامات نهائية أو جداول تنفيذ أو مبالغ مستحقة أو شروط تفصيلية إضافية تحكمها العروض أو العقود أو الفواتير أو الموافقات أو المستندات الخاصة بكل معاملة.

الأسعار أو الرسوم أو المبالغ التقديرية الظاهرة داخل التطبيق تخضع للتأكيد النهائي وفق الخدمة المختارة وما يرد في المستندات التعاقدية أو التجارية الصادرة لك.

تسري سياسات السداد والاسترداد والتعديل والضرائب والرسوم وفق الأنظمة الواجبة التطبيق والمستندات المنظمة للطلب أو العقد.

يحظر استخدام التطبيق بطريقة غير مشروعة أو مسيئة أو مضللة، أو محاولة تعطيل الخدمة أو اختراقها أو الوصول غير المصرح به إلى الأنظمة أو البيانات.

كما يحظر انتحال شخصية الغير أو رفع بيانات أو وثائق تخص الغير دون تفويض قانوني أو استخدام التطبيق بصورة تنتهك الأنظمة أو حقوق الغير.

قد يتم إرسال إشعارات أو رسائل أو اتصالات تشغيلية تتعلق بالحساب أو الطلبات أو العقود أو الدعم أو التحديثات الجوهرية. تقع عليك مسؤولية التأكد من صحة وسائل التواصل المسجلة داخل التطبيق.

يجوز تقييد الوصول أو تعليق الحساب أو إلغاؤه أو إلغاء الطلبات عند الاشتباه في احتيال أو إساءة استخدام أو مخالفة لهذه الشروط أو عند وجود متطلبات أمنية أو نظامية تستدعي ذلك.

جميع الحقوق المتعلقة بالتطبيق وبرمجياته وواجهاته ومحتواه وعلاماته التجارية مملوكة للجهة المشغلة أو لمرخصيها. ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة توزيعها أو الهندسة العكسية لها إلا في الحدود التي يسمح بها النظام.

تُبذل عناية معقولة لإتاحة التطبيق والخدمة بصورة موثوقة، لكن قد تحدث انقطاعات أو أخطاء أو تأخيرات أو تغييرات تشغيلية. إلى الحد الذي يسمح به النظام، لا تتحمل الجهة المشغلة المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو اللاحقة أو عن الخسائر الناتجة عن سوء استخدام التطبيق أو عن معلومات غير صحيحة قدمها المستخدم.

يجوز تحديث هذه الشروط أو خصائص التطبيق أو نطاق الخدمة متى اقتضت الحاجة التشغيلية أو النظامية أو الأمنية ذلك. ويعد استمرارك في استخدام التطبيق بعد نشر النسخة المحدثة قبولًا لها.

These terms govern your use of the RecDash mobile application and the services requested, managed, or tracked through it. The company identified in the app and in your order or contract documents is the service operator for the relevant transaction.

You must have the legal capacity to request services and enter into related agreements. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering, requesting a service, or updating your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity carried out through your account, and you must promptly report any suspected unauthorized access.

We may require identity, verification, and service-related documents, including your name, phone number, national ID, and any additional information necessary to process requests, prevent fraud, and comply with legal or operational requirements.

A request may be rejected or an account may be suspended if information is false, misleading, incomplete, or submitted without proper authority.

The app allows you to review services, submit recruitment or rental requests, save addresses, track orders and contracts, and receive service-related notifications.

Final commitments, implementation timelines, payable amounts, and transaction-specific obligations are governed by the relevant quotation, invoice, approval, contract, or other service document issued for the transaction.

Prices, fees, and estimates shown in the app are subject to final confirmation based on the selected service and the documents issued for your request.

Payment timing, taxes, adjustments, refunds, and related commercial terms are governed by applicable law and the service documents that apply to your order or contract.

You may not misuse the app, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, or use the app in a way that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, or harmful.

You may not impersonate another person, submit information or documents that you are not authorized to use, or use the app in a manner that infringes the rights of others.

We may send operational notices, service updates, confirmations, support messages, and other important communications relating to your account, requests, contracts, or policy changes. You are responsible for keeping your contact details current.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access, or cancel requests, where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, policy violations, security risks, or non-compliance with legal requirements.

The app, its software, interface, content, and related marks remain the property of the service operator or its licensors. Except as permitted by law, you may not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or reuse them without prior authorization.

We use reasonable efforts to keep the app and related services available and reliable, but interruptions, errors, delays, and operational changes can occur. To the extent permitted by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for losses caused by misuse of the app or inaccurate information supplied by the user.

We may update these terms, app features, or the scope of the service whenever needed for operational, legal, or security reasons. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
