توضح هذه السياسة كيفية جمع البيانات الشخصية ومعالجتها عند استخدام تطبيق RecDash والخدمات المرتبطة به. الشركة المشغلة المشار إليها داخل التطبيق أو في الطلب أو العقد هي الجهة المسؤولة عن بيانات العملاء التي تتم معالجتها عبر الخدمة.

قد نجمع بيانات الحساب والهوية مثل الاسم ورقم الجوال ورقم الهوية والبريد الإلكتروني الاختياري، وبيانات الطلبات والعقود، والعناوين المحفوظة، والملاحظات أو المرفقات التي تقدمها أثناء طلب الخدمة.

كما قد نجمع بيانات تقنية وتشغيلية مثل نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل وعنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت وسجلات الخدمة ورمز الإشعارات والبيانات الضرورية لحماية التطبيق وتحليل الأعطال وتحسين الجودة.

نجمع البيانات منك مباشرة عند إنشاء الحساب أو تسجيل الدخول أو حفظ العناوين أو إرسال الطلبات أو التواصل مع الدعم.

وقد نتلقى بيانات مرتبطة بالخدمة من فرق التشغيل والدعم أو من مزودي الخدمات والشركاء المرتبطين بتنفيذ الطلبات والعقود.

نستخدم البيانات لإنشاء الحساب والتحقق من الهوية وإدارة الطلبات والعقود وتنفيذ الخدمات والتواصل معك وتقديم الدعم الفني ومعالجة الشكاوى وتحسين تجربة المستخدم وتأمين الأنظمة ومنع الاحتيال والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية والتنظيمية.

قد نشارك البيانات مع مزودي الاستضافة والتخزين والإشعارات والدعم الفني والتحليلات والخدمات السحابية بالقدر اللازم لتشغيل الخدمة.

وقد نشارك البيانات مع الفرق التشغيلية أو الشركاء أو الجهات ذات العلاقة المباشرة بتنفيذ الطلب أو العقد، وكذلك مع الجهات الرسمية أو القضائية أو الرقابية عند وجود التزام نظامي أو حاجة مشروعة لحماية الحقوق أو المطالبات.

إذا منحت إذن الموقع، نستخدمه فقط لمساعدتك في اختيار عنوان الخدمة داخل التطبيق.

إذا منحت إذن الإشعارات، نستخدم رمز الإشعار لإرسال التنبيهات المتعلقة بالحساب أو الطلبات أو العقود أو التحديثات التشغيلية المهمة.

نحتفظ بالبيانات طالما كان ذلك ضروريًا لتقديم الخدمة وإدارة العلاقة التعاقدية والوفاء بالالتزامات المحاسبية والتنظيمية وحل النزاعات وإنفاذ الحقوق.

قد تستمر بعض السجلات بعد حذف الحساب عندما يكون الاحتفاظ بها مطلوبًا نظامًا أو ضروريًا لعقد قائم أو نزاع أو سجل تدقيقي أو مصلحة مشروعة موثقة.

نطبق ضوابط تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية البيانات من الوصول غير المصرح به أو الفقد أو التعديل أو الإفصاح غير المشروع. ومع ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان أي وسيلة تخزين أو نقل إلكتروني بشكل مطلق.

This policy explains how personal information is collected and processed when you use the RecDash mobile application and related services. The operating company identified in the app, order, or contract is the controller for customer data processed through the service.

We may collect account and identity information such as name, mobile number, national ID, and optional email, along with request and contract data, saved addresses, and any notes or attachments you provide.

We may also collect technical and operational information such as device type, operating system, IP address, service logs, notification token, and information needed to secure the app, analyze crashes, and improve quality.

We collect information directly from you when you create an account, sign in, save addresses, submit requests, or contact support.

We may also receive service-related information from internal operations teams, support teams, and service providers or partners involved in fulfilling your request or contract.

We use information to create and manage accounts, verify identity, administer requests and contracts, deliver services, communicate with you, provide support, handle complaints, improve quality, secure the platform, prevent fraud, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.

We may share information with hosting, storage, messaging, support, analytics, and cloud providers to the extent necessary to operate the service.

We may also share information with operational teams, service partners, and other parties directly involved in handling your request or contract, and with courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other authorities where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.

If you grant location permission, we use it only to help you select a service address in the app.

If you grant notification permission, we use your push token to deliver notices about your account, requests, contracts, and important operational updates.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, manage contractual relationships, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce rights, and satisfy legal, accounting, tax, or regulatory obligations.

Some records may remain after account deletion where continued retention is required by law, necessary for an active contract, needed for an audit trail, or justified by a documented legitimate interest.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or unlawful disclosure. No transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

You can review and update certain account details in the app, and you can request account deletion from within the app.

Deleting your account removes in-app access to that account, but limited records may be retained where continued retention is necessary for legal, contractual, audit, or claims purposes.

We may update this policy when our services, legal obligations, or operational practices change. Any updated version becomes effective when posted on this page or published in the app.
